This page explains plainly what happens to data when you visit zeudiagroup.com or write to us. It is deliberately short: if anything is unclear, ask us at the address below.

01Who processes the data
The data controller is ZEUDIA GROUP S.R.L., registered office at [—], Romania, unique registration code [—]. For anything concerning your data the mailbox is office@zeudiagroup.com.
02What we collect
The site is a set of static pages: no forms, no login area, nothing asked of you. The only data that reaches us is what you send by writing to us — email address, name, and whatever you choose to tell us.
03Server logs
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited). Like any web server it records the request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. That serves to run the service and defend it from abuse, and we do not cross-reference it with anything else.
04Our legal basis
Answering people who write to us and keeping a secure website are our legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do no profiling and take no automated decisions about you.
05How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation and the resulting legal obligations require, and in any case no longer than ten years for records of fiscal relevance. Hosting logs follow the provider’s own retention, in the order of a few weeks.
06Who we share it with
Nobody, commercially: we neither sell nor pass on addresses. Data is visible to the hosting and mail providers, acting as processors, and may be disclosed to professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.
07Cookies: which, and why
No profiling cookies, no traffic analytics, no social buttons. The site loads nothing from external servers: typefaces and images are served from our own domain, so your IP address does not reach third parties merely because you opened a page.
08What we keep in your browser
Two entries in local storage: the theme you chose (light or night) and the fact that you have read the notice at the bottom. They stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and you can clear them by deleting site data in your browser settings.
09Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing: an email to office@zeudiagroup.com is enough. If you believe something is wrong you may contact a supervisory authority — ANSPDCP in Romania, the Garante in Italy.

Changes are published here with the date updated at the top. There are no hidden versions: what you read is what applies.
