Build, don’t bet
We only enter markets whose problems we have run into ourselves — a venue, a till, a case file, a filing. The first customer of every platform is one of our own companies.
ZEUDIA GROUP S.R.L. owns five operating companies across Romania, Italy and the Netherlands and puts its own capital to work on regulated markets. Every business starts from a problem we have handled ourselves, sits in its own legal vehicle and runs on software we write in house.
Where the capital works
This is not a fund. It is an industrial holding: capital follows operations, never the other way round.
We only enter markets whose problems we have run into ourselves — a venue, a till, a case file, a filing. The first customer of every platform is one of our own companies.
Each business has its own company, accounts and contracts. A project that fails is closed without touching the others; one that works can be sold whole.
Management software, platforms and apps are built internally. No licences to renew, no vendor setting our roadmap, and the software becomes a group asset.
ZEUDIA GROUP deploys its own means only. We take no savings, administer nobody else’s money and offer no investment services: what we put at risk is ours, which is precisely why we hold it on a long horizon.
The larger share of capital is locked into the group’s own companies. That is where value is actually built, and we stay in for years: no company goes on the market because one quarter went badly.
The liquidity the operating companies are not using works on regulated markets — equities, bonds, fund units and ETFs — for our own account. It is treasury that earns, run with the same discipline we buy a business with: you enter what you have understood, and then you wait.
Profits go back in: new companies, technology, and buying businesses we know we can run better than we found them. The dividend is the exception, not the rule.
ZEUDIA GROUP S.R.L. acts solely on its own account. It does not carry out activities reserved to financial intermediaries, and nothing on this page constitutes a public offering or investment advice.
The holding owns the shareholdings; each company operates in its own jurisdiction, with its own accounts and its own brands.

Five operating companies, three jurisdictions, one way of working: own the product, separate the vehicle, keep the books straight.
Business software and services
Builds and runs the platforms aimed at doing business in Romania: incorporation, day-to-day administration, statutory filings. The model puts licensed professionals inside the process rather than beside it, so that an accounting or law firm can administer its own clients on the same tool. This is the company through which the group takes its software to the Romanian market.
Sports data and software
Collects, processes and distributes sports data, and builds the management software for those who work with that data every day. The scope runs from live statistics and automatic settlement of results through to the bookkeeping of a betting operation. The infrastructure — ingestion, calculation engine, notifications — stays in house, because that is where the margin sits.
Digital media
Creator-economy platforms: tools with which content makers sell directly, get paid, and stay in control of the relationship with their audience instead of handing the customer list to an intermediary. The Dutch company holds the product and the payments side for Western European markets.
Regulated services and e-commerce
Two lines under one roof: digital services in regulated sectors, where the rules are not an obstacle to work around but part of the product, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce across the European Union. This is the company through which the group addresses markets that call for an Italian entity.
Food & Beverage and Vending
The group’s operating arm in food & beverage: own venues with a kitchen and table service, directly run bars and food points, and a vending line. It is also the first customer of the group’s software — till, stock and accounting run here before they are sold to anyone else, which is why they work.
Four steps, always the same, with an exit point at each one.
The problem comes from our own operations or from the professionals we work with. Before a line of code is written we test the regulatory constraint: it usually decides whether the business exists at all.
A dedicated vehicle, a genuine minimum product and a first internal customer. No public launch until the project’s own numbers stand up.
The market opens up: channel, pricing, support. Partners come in here and, where useful, third-party capital — at company level, never at holding level.
A mature company moves to ordinary governance: statutory accounts, procedures and quarterly reporting to the holding. From there: dividends, reinvestment or sale.
Registered office, management and decision-making sit in the company’s own country — Romania, Italy or the Netherlands alike. The structure is designed to survive an audit, not to tick a box.
No mixing of cash between companies. Intra-group relations are contracted and invoiced at market value.
Company-level and consolidated accounts, with licensed professionals in each of the three jurisdictions.
Trademarks, source code and domains are held by the right vehicle and licensed to the operating companies — which is what makes a single company sellable.
Registration code, trade register number and registered office are provided on request.
One line on who you are and what interests you is enough. We answer everyone, usually within two working days.
